High Performance Modules.

Our successful de-rating design philosophy ensures optimum performances reliability and service life.

Each power module is designed to a maximum thermal load of 250W@ Ta 40ºC, then de-rated in production to just 200W, with our HE 5050 Dual Die LED driven at just 50% maximum drive current.

The result is extraordinary performance and the longest service life in class

Available in multiple size and power options.

With power ranging from 200W - 800W with the option to add dimming and DALI controls or optional dual drivers for bi-level switching for “you’ve been noticed” security options.

High Performance Optics.

Vixen features individual Krystal-PC™ lenses, with a single dedicated lens for each high performance LED.  The individual lenses are then fused together into a single lens assembly, using UV stabilised high impact polycarbonate over-mould. Combining the possible best optical performance with a UV stable and impact resistant full lens assembly.

Multiple Lens Options and Independent Targeting

A range of narrow or wide beam lenses combined with the ability to adjust and vary the angle of each module to target light exactly where it is required. Use our custom specification option to mix multiple lens options on a single luminaire where mounting points are limited or simply to provide a simpler electrical installation with the lowest number of fittings.

Built to perform, built to last.

One-piece custom cast EPDM gasket provides a flexible seal between the lens and main body of the heatsink. Stainless Steel Machine screws at regular intervals, provide even pressure to the gasket and a guaranteed weatherproof seal.

After reflux soldering, a chemical and moisture proof coating is applied to the PCB and LED providing a further layer of protection. Extending life and increasing resilience in harsh operational conditions.

Remote Drivers

Vixen features both Heatsink Mount (HM) and Remote Mount (RM) options which can reduce per luminaire load by as much as 4.5KG per luminaire. Reducing the cost of poles while facilitating external cabinet or internal pole mounts to simplify long term driver maintenance requirements or increase product life where the lights are installed in facilities such as foundries where high thermal loads are unavoidable.

Standard pole mount allows through pole connection to the driver via the articulated spigot mount to each LED array with supply and control available for each independent of each other subject to driver configuration.

Three Mounting Options

Mounting options include the standard bracket mount (1) with fixed luminaire angle options at 22.5º increments. With the option to specify articulated Pelmet (2) or Pole (3) mount bases to ensure safe and secure installation whether mounted to poles, walls or walls.

Isollux provides engineering support for customised mounts where multiple units are required to support large area lighting with complex assemblies such as sports stadiums, ports, mining facilities, airports, prisons and military bases.

Typical service life of high power floodlight

Vixen maintains light output for up to five times longer than a typical mid to high power floodlight, allowing design calculations to L85 for up to 100,000  Hours service life*.

Due to the extended service life Isollux recommends an annual visual inspection to ensure safe operation, especially where luminaire are exposed to demanding or costal environments. With the first major service at 10 years subject to condition of luminaire.

*Subject to product specification and thermal load (standard warranty conditions apply)

LED Performance

ISOLLUX HE LED CHIPSET PERFORMANCE

187lm/W @ CRI (Re) 83

100,000Hrs/L85

Ra85 | 3000K |  4000K | 5000K | 6000K

The Isollux HE LED Chip is a powerful and long-lasting dual die chipset. It delivers an incredible 187lm/W at CRI (Re) 83 while operating four times longer than industry standard with minimal losses*. The combination of L90 performance and absence of B’ratings for the fitting, provides lighting designers  with the freedom to adopt tighter specification with confidence. Lowering power density and stable lux levels without the use of lighting controls. It is ideal to support long term maintenance strategies minimising waste (See maintenance section below).

Colour Rendering

Ra95 for colour critical applications.

Available in four standard colour temperatures, from 2,700~6,000ºK with superb colour rendering at both Ra85 and Ra95

@ Nominal Ra95 / 4,000k (CRI 94.2)

Ra85 boosts efficacy

Specifying Ra85 increases lumen output whilst maintaining full colour rendering, high R9 with neutral bias, perfect for general industrial commercial and retail applications.

AMBRITE™

Ambrite™ is a new LED chipset from Isollux that effectively eliminates blue spectrum below 500nm. Ambrite™ chipsets deliver up to 129lm/W. Effectively outperforming products that rely on colour filters or secondary optics to control and limit blue peak emissions.

All Isollux products are available with Ambrite™ chipsets with luminaire options up to IP69K, chemical resistance to quaternary cleaners and sanitisers, impact resistance to IK10 and power options from 20W-640W.

Applications include:

Photosensitive manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, brewing and exterior applications such as loading bays and pole or wall mount area lighting.

Controls

Reliable mesh network without internet connection

The optional OS-NET ZigBee control system delivers unparalleled control of luminaire without the need for complex programming or data management. Simply program via a point and push infra-red remote.

Select individual lights or program entire groups instantly. Update or change groups at any time, add multiple luminaire to groups or single luminaire to multiple groups.

“Easy Group” settings provide instant access to the most common control needs, but scratch deeper and the system provides intelligent programming that includes: follow me, daylight harvesting, occupancy, vacancy and automatically adjusts to daylight savings.

No ongoing fees, no wireless updates, no complex programming or mapping required. Simple stand alone efficient lighting controls to maximise your energy savings.

Wireless wall switches provide practical over-ride.

Your facility may only require low lux levels for most of the day with casual traffic, and none when empty. Occasionally however you need maximum power for a short burst of activity.

The OS-NET wireless wall switch provides a simple over-ride command to raise lux levels to max before dimming to off when the area is vacated after a set time.

Easy to install to any mains supply, no direct connection to the luminaire circuit required or batteries to forget. It provides an invaluable link between the luminaire you choose to control, and the operator on the ground.

All programmed from the simple infra-red hand held remote control, light or switch group and ungroup, simple easy and intuitive.

Multiple lenses and dual sensor control optimise detection.

Behind the lens dual doppler and IR sensors eliminate false detections, whilst a range of hot swappable lenses fine tune the parameters and sensitivity to suit wide or narrow areas and aisles with blanking plates to prevent detection in areas where walkways are close to the wall.
