High-output linear fitting with excellent chemical, ingress and impact resistance.
Developed for food processing and advanced animal husbandry, TPX combines hygiene and durability with extreme resistance to sanitisers, delivering and maintaining high-lux output to support applications beyond the limits of conventional linear fittings.

High Ambient Performance
Proline is rated for operation up to +50ºC, with standard ambient limits defined according to luminaire length and power. Within these published warranty limits, the LED system is engineered to maintain performance and support the standard service-life expectations.
For ambient temperatures regularly above +35ºC, check the product tables to match power and length to the operating environment, or contact our technical team for support.
Resists Aggressive Sanitising Agents
Proline TPX was developed and tested to resist aggressive sanitising agents, including alcohols, peroxides, aldehydes, quaternary compounds, alkyl amines and chlorine-based cleaners, while enduring the rigours of demanding hygiene regimes.*

Extreme Ingress Protection
Proline is rated IP69K, built to withstand the rigours of daily, high-pressure hot-water wash-down.
High-Impact Resistance
Isollux TPX delivers IK10 impact resistance, with impact performance comparable to polycarbonate and good low-temperature toughness.
Its main benefit is that unlike standard or coated PC luminaires, TPX maintains that strength long term after repeated exposure to aggressive cleaning chemicals and sanitisers.
Vibration Resistance
Potted drivers and robust construction provide vibration resistance for standard machine-mounted applications. Seismic-safe quick-release mounts clamp and lock the luminaire securely in position while allowing straightforward removal for maintenance.

Fail-Safe Electrical Protection:
TPX is protected inside and out, with IP67 connections, a potted IP65 driver and protected PCB and LEDs providing multiple layers of protection. If the enclosure is breached and water enters the fitting, the protected electrical system supports continued safe operation until planned maintenance can be undertaken.
Short-circuit, over-voltage, under-voltage and over-temperature protection provide additional safeguards against more serious electrical faults.

Long Term Maintenance
TPX is designed for long-term resistance in harsh chemical environments, but like all materials, its resistance has practical limits.
Where accidental damage or excessive chemical exposure occurs, individual components can be replaced rather than discarding the complete luminaire.
Lighting Controls
Proline supports wired DALI control for integration with BMS and UPS emergency systems. Circadian lighting options support advanced animal husbandry and veterinary research facilities, where controlled lighting cycles offer animal welfare, health and productivity benefits.
Optics
The standard frosted lens creates soft, uniform illumination, reducing harsh shadows around complex machinery. Concealed LEDs reduce glare and after-images around fast-moving equipment, reflective surfaces and cutting tools.
Special-order primary optics support aisle lighting, uplighting and other targeted distributions. (see lens sectons below)
Visual Comfort and Saftey
Proline offers significantly higher output than luminaires of similar size and appearance. While this can deliver excellent light levels from fewer fittings or at greater mounting heights, care should be taken at lower mounting heights to select the appropriate power and distribution for the task.
Emergency Power Options
Proline can be specified with an integrated self-test emergency battery and inverter, providing 10 W output for 90 minutes on compatible power and ambient configurations.
For central emergency systems, we offer a 10–30 W auxiliary driver to reduce UPS load, or DALI control can assign selected luminaires to an emergency scene.
