PowerBay CMR is a surface-mount LED high bay for cold stores and blast freezers.

Built for food-grade applications, PowerBay CMR offers a remote-mount driver for easy long-term maintenance and a choice of optics for installation at heights of up to 16 m.

Easy Installation in Blast Freezers

CMR mounts flush to PIR-insulated panels.

Slotted end plates ensure precise alignment, while insulated bolts prevent thermal transfer and seal the penetration to protect the vapour seal.

The CMR’s remote driver sits above the ceiling, removing unnecessary thermal load on HVAC, simplifying installation and providing easy access for long-term maintenance.

Power Options and Lighting Controls

PowerBay CMR is a scalable solution available in three standard power options that integrate seamlessly with a range of lighting controls.

Periodic Peak +25ºC – Short-duration exposure permitted to support annual maintenance in freezer applications.

Isollux XE dual-die LED chipsets are conservatively operated to optimise service life and deliver L80 (B0) >102,000 h across the published ambient range specified for each model.

Emergency Power Options

Choose from a 10–30 W auxiliary driver to reduce UPS load, or a DALI-controlled UPS system assigning selected luminaires to an emergency scene. UPS and DALI emergency systems require appropriately protected power and control circuits.

Serviceable Solution

Driver replacement at 100,000 hours extends service life to match the LED’s maximum lifetime, with spare parts available for repairs if accidental damage occurs.
